All of our services are provided in accordance with Canadian legislation such as the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Communications

Vlaad and Company and employees communicate with people in ways that take into account their individual needs. We take reasonable measures to become familiar with assistive devices and facilitate their use so that people can have access to our services.

Service Animals and Support Persons

Persons can be accompanied by a service animal or support person if needed on premises operated by Vlaad and Company.

We are always looking for feedback on how to improve our standards. If a complaint should arise we welcome feedback which can be made in person, by telephone, or by email.
