There she gained experience with project management and relationship building and was immediately able to apply these skills to recruiting. She initially joined the team at Vlaad and Company as a Research Associate and advanced her position to Recruiter. Sheila now has over five years of industry experience. Her impressive track record demonstrates her skill for connecting in-demand talent to exceptional opportunities.

In her spare time, Sheila can be found travelling the world. She enjoys design, contemporary art, and food—especially dessert. She advocates for diversity and inclusion and is a proud supporter of the Special Olympics and Stop Asian Hate. She is also a member of WCM.
